These terms govern the use of TrafikRedo, its accounts, content and subscription services. Creating an account or using the service means accepting the terms in force at that time.
Agreement and service scope
TrafikRedo provides educational tools for preparing for the Swedish driving-licence theory test. Depending on the plan and enabled features, the service can include lessons, questions, tests, road signs, statistics and support.
Do not create an account, purchase a subscription or use consent-based features if you do not accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Account and access details
You must provide accurate information and use the account personally. You are responsible for protecting the password and activity under the account and should report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Accounts and subscriptions may not be shared, sold, rented or made available to others. Old or simultaneous sessions may be closed according to plan limits and security needs.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are one-time purchases that grant access for the period stated in the plan. They are not recurring renewals unless that is clearly stated before payment. Price, currency, duration, applicable tax and payment method are shown before purchase.
Access begins after payment confirmation or an administrative grant. Additional purchased time is handled according to the rule shown at checkout or the assigned activation dates. A manually granted subscription does not automatically create an invoice or paid order.
Acceptable use
Content may be used only for personal study. Bulk copying, automated extraction, access circumvention, sharing protected questions, republication, resale and building a competing service from platform content are prohibited.
Unauthorised security testing, harmful files, service disruption, impersonation, abuse and illegal content are prohibited.
Educational content and preparation for success
TrafikRedo is an independent learning platform that simulates the real theory test through realistic questions, answers and tests, connected to lessons, road signs and explanations for practical and focused study.
Regular study and a sound understanding of traffic laws and rules are the most important reasons for success. Scores, recommendations and readiness percentages show strengths and topics that need review, while current official procedures and dates should still be checked.
Availability and updates
We aim to keep the service available and secure, but temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, updates or events outside reasonable control. Functions may be improved or replaced while the essential paid service remains reasonably available.
Content may be updated when rules change or an error is found. Editing wording, explanations or organisation does not constitute a failure to provide the service.
Intellectual property
All rights in the TrafikRedo platform design, software, text, graphics, questions and content organisation belong exclusively to the platform founder and administration, and not to any other party. A subscription grants only a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription period.
Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership or rights to copy, distribute or resell content. Mentioning official organisations does not create ownership, partnership or affiliation.
Suspension and termination
An account may be restricted or suspended where misuse, sharing, fraud or harm is suspected. Serious violations may lead to termination after review, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
A learner can request account deletion from the privacy tab on the user account page. Deletion does not remove legal duties or records that must be retained.
Disclaimer and problem resolution
The platform is a study tool, and learner success depends on understanding traffic laws and rules and applying them correctly. TrafikRedo was built around prevailing traffic rules to help learners understand traffic law, road rules and driving, supporting preparation for both theory and practical tests.
Contact support first regarding subscription, order or content problems so the case can be investigated. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
The terms may be updated when features or legal requirements change. The published version applies to subsequent use, and new consent will be requested where a material change requires it.
Use the support page or footer contact information and keep the order number and account email available for purchase questions.
A study aid
The platform's lessons, practice questions, scores and readiness indicators are provided as aids for study and preparation. They do not replace official information and do not guarantee a pass in an authority test.
Independent platform
TrafikRedo is an independent learning platform. It is not part of any traffic authority, Trafikverket or Transportstyrelsen, and it does not represent any Swedish government body. Always verify final rules, bookings and authority decisions with the relevant official source.
