Privacy policy

Read how we collect, use and protect the information needed to operate accounts, tests, payments and support. This page explains your rights, available choices and retention periods so you understand how your personal data and privacy are handled.

This policy explains what data TrafikRedo processes, why it is needed, how it is protected and which choices you have to control your account and learning information.

01

Scope and data responsibility

This policy covers the TrafikRedo website, accounts, lessons, tests, orders, support and related functions. The operator of the installed platform is responsible for the information collected from its users.

Data is processed only as required to provide and protect the service, complete requested transactions and meet legal duties.

02

Information we collect

Data may include your name, email, phone number, language, billing address, profile image, account and security information, IP address, device, browser, login history and active sessions.

Learning records can include opened lessons, active reading time, tests, attempts, answers, scores, reviewed road-sign categories and actual platform activity. Order, subscription and payment status are recorded, but full card details are not stored by the platform.

03

How the information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide content, save progress, activate subscriptions, manage orders, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve usability.

Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to understand platform performance without directly identifying a learner.

04

Legal bases

Processing may be necessary to perform the service agreement, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate security and fraud-prevention interests, improve the service or act on consent where consent is required.

Consent can be withdrawn for future processing that relies on it.

05

Payments and service providers

Required information may be shared with enabled payment providers such as Stripe, Klarna or Swish to complete and verify payment. Each provider handles payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Hosting, email and security providers may process limited information on behalf of the platform and should receive only the access required for their task.

06

Cookies and sessions

Necessary cookies support sign-in, form protection, language choice, sessions and checkout. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies should not be enabled before the required consent is obtained.

Removing necessary cookies may prevent secure functions from working correctly.

07

Security and retention

Technical and organisational safeguards include encrypted connections, password hashing, permission checks, protected sessions and security logging. No electronic method is absolutely secure, so controls are reviewed and improved.

Information is kept only as long as needed for the service, accounting, legal duties, disputes and security, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

08

Your rights and account deletion

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, objection, deletion or portability. Several details can be updated directly on the user account page, where a limited data copy can also be downloaded.

An account-deletion request can be created from the privacy tab on the user account page. It is processed within the stated period unless specific records must be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons.

09

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when features or legal requirements change. Material changes may also be communicated through the account or by email.

Use the support page or published footer contact details for privacy requests and include the email address linked to your account.

Never send passwords or complete card details in support tickets or messages.
